Ron has been active in real estate for over 35 years.
Having originally been a chartered accountant, Ron changed to Real Estate at an early age and with three partners built up a multi-branch business which was eventually sold to Harcourts in 1986.
Ron was also an active member and President of the Auckland branch of the Real Estate Institute of NZ, later becoming a fellow of the Institute.
Ron has developed extensive contacts through Real Estate in marketing commercial and industrial sales & leasing, with design builds, sale and lease backs, investments, and leasing, large or small.
New Zealand has a large number of medium sized and successful businesses, which are out of the public eye and are run by hard working owners. One of the enjoyable aspects of Real Estate, that Ron has found, is being able to meet and help these people regardless of the prevailing economic climate.
